Is anyone really paying attention? The Fed's rate cut sparked higher stock prices that can lead to higher spending, but rising inflation is a red flag. Current gains could lead to deeper issues down the line. While it may seem like good news, we need to be cautious.

Las Vegas is gearing up for the return of F1! 🏎️ After the massive construction last year, things should be smoother for this year's race. The construction challenges frustrated many, including our hardworking locals. While we can't have it both ways, it's clear that events like this bring in crowds, money, and ultimately help our city grow. I myself am really excited but would love to know your thoughts.
