Happy Labor Day | Thankful for What We Get to Do

On this Labor Day, we’re taking a moment to say thank you for what we get to do!

Today, we’re celebrating Sherry Jones and her clients on another successful transaction together in Durham, North Carolina!

Her clients added another investment property to their portfolio, and this one came with an additional lot and even more possibilities for the future. I’m already excited to see what they decide to build next!

Real estate is work, but it is also an opportunity to serve, build relationships, help families create wealth, and be a part of someone’s vision becoming reality. For that, we are grateful.

Saturday Small Business Spotlight 🍇

About a year ago, a family friend placed an order for some candied grapes and let me try ONE. Y’all, just ONE! 😂 And that was all it took. I was hooked!

I kept saying I was going to place my own order, but time got away from me. Eventually, I stopped seeing the grapes come across my timeline, so I wasn’t even sure if she was still making them.

Then I saw that Labor Day Sale flyer, and that was all she wrote! 😂 Our order is definitely going in this weekend.

And listen, $10? We’ll spend $10 real quick on something, get it home and it’s not fresh, doesn’t taste good, we don’t like it…and straight to the trash it goes! 😂

Small businesses have a special place in our hearts at Branche & Associates because we are one. We understand that behind every small business is someone working hard to build something of their own and provide for themselves or their family. When we choose to support them, we’re also helping keep more of our dollars right here in our local community.
