REALTOR®, a Massachusetts native with a degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst had Heather start her career in Boston, before deciding that working for a Fortune 500 company was not best suited for her career goals. A brief stint in Miami working in the VIP indust
ry helped Heather to understand that she had exceptional customer service skills and the right personality to be successful in the hospitality industry. While in Miami, a colleague had suggested that she move to Las Vegas for the opportunity to work with higher class establishments where she could utilize her attention to detail, customer service and bright personality to make a new career in VIP hospitality services. Heather moved to Las Vegas area in 2007 and instantly fell in love with the weather, beautiful views of the valley and the opportunities that our unique city has for young professionals. While helping athletes, celebrities and other visitors to Las Vegas have a great time was a successful venture, Heather’s desire to help people stay healthy and active lead her to attend UNLV, where she graduated with a degree in Kinesiology in 2013. Heather simultaneously operated a personal training business during the days and worked at exclusive VIP venues catering to high profile guests in the evenings. After living in various areas of the Las Vegas Valley, Heather decided to build a new home in the Southwest for her poodle to have a yard to play in. She loved every part of the new home building process, including the challenges that a buyer could face with the purchase of a brand new home, from one of the many builders in the valley. Learning the real estate transaction process after selling her first home, peaked Heather’s interest in becoming an agent. After deciding to build a home in Henderson, she decided that a career in Real Estate, specializing in new home construction, would be the best path given her personal experience in home building, knowledge of the greater Las Vegas valley, customer service and her strong desire to help people. She really enjoyed the attention to detail that the Nancy Storey team put forth in order to help her find the perfect home. Heather told Nancy how much she enjoyed real estate and where she thought she could make the biggest impact and was able to start her career with the Nancy Storey Team, focusing on helping people find the new home of their dreams.
