Mortgage rates fell to 6.01%, the lowest level since late 2022, down from 6.09% last week.

For a median-priced home of $399,950, a buyer putting 20% down would pay about $1,921 per month (principal and interest only), $17 less than last week. Compared to a year ago, when rates averaged 6.85%, today’s payment is about $175 cheaper per month.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who continues to support me and my real estate business. Even though I haven’t been able to talk about it here as much as I used to—because I’ve been deeply involved in another business that demands a lot of my time—please know this: I never stepped away.

I may not post about real estate daily, but I’m still 100% in, working quietly behind the scenes. The truth? I hardly sleep. I average about 5 hours a night—sometimes less—before my mind is already awake… writing, reading, brainstorming ways to work smarter and make life easier 😂

Do I wish I could sleep in sometimes? Absolutely.
Can my brain let me? Nope.

So I’ll go with this explanation: apparently smart people don’t sleep much 😂😂
