Is that crack an issue?
Dime in a crack. True story, the width of a dime is 0.053 inches. If a dime fits in a crack it is considered more that a settling crack and should be called out and addressed by a specialist.

On a recent inspection I met a new termite inspector that I had never seen before. I introduced myself and he asked "are you those people that take hundreds of pictures on every inspection?" Yes that would be us. Documentation beats conversation and those photos will tell the story for years to come. Yes we take the time to do that. No they don't all go in the report, they get archived.
