My birthday staycation at Caesar’s Palace! Had dinner last night at Bacchanal and it was an excessive amount of deliciousness! We donated charitably to our local economy because we believe in investing in our community (a.k.a. we lost in gambling, but had a great time!). it is so fun to live in this city and I’m so lucky to be surrounded by so many people who care about me! It’s a great birthday weekend.

I learned glass blowing today! We made these cool, colored glass twists that will be wine bottle toppers and Christmas ornaments. I’d seen glass blowing demonstration shows in the past, but never got to do it myself and it was so much fun. The instructor has been doing it for 40 years and can make 1000 swans in a day, or 20 in an hour. He makes it look easy. This is a fun studio in Las Vegas and would be a great date night or group outing! This is part of my birthday weekend festivities!

We are instructing with a full group of women sailors at today’s Nevada Yacht Club event. Ashley and I covered parts of the sailboat. We have a full agenda today, with classroom instruction and then we will all go out on different boats to have a leisurely day on Lake Mead.

The Power of Love Gala raised $10 million this weekend! This amazing event funds the Lou Ruvo clinic for research and operations for important brain health work. We enjoyed Earth Wind & Fire perform their hits, Jeff Ross roasted Jimmy Kimmel, and special guest presenters Jason Bateman, Kristen Bell, and Dax Sheppard. The generous donations and proceeds from the silent and live auctions make this an unforgettable annual event.

Some photos I can finally share from my Beast Games last day! After the Navy SEALs found me in the jungle in Panama in episode 5, I was immediately taken by boat to another nearby island resort to stay overnight until this small plane would take me back to Panama City. Back there, I ran into 3 out of 4 of the guys that hunted me and crushed my dreams (but they are actually really nice guys!)

Today is the first day of our three day Vietnamese new year tradition to celebrate the lunar new year. To have a lucky new year, you should avoid conflicts, have your house tidy and clean, wear new clothes for the new year days, throw out broken things, and wear red as the lucky color. wishing everybody good fortune and good health for the next 12 months! The Chinese zodiac has 12 animals and this is the year of the snake, my year. I feel like 2025 is going to bring great real estate opportunities, excellent career prospects, and my life is full of love and friendship. I’m feeling very blessed.
