I sold this house to one of may favorites clients of all time a while back. He had it rented for about 18 months until the tenants stopped paying and had to be evicted. The tenants left it in very poor shape and had ruined the carpet.The owner asked me to bring the team in and make this home great again. Here are the results.....

Progress in action! Today was day 3 of the project and a lot has been done. Time to pick tile and paint colors! Please watch until 1\2 way at least and let me know what you think of the tile that I am picking. Like I mentioned in the last video, I have had a tried and true formula for flooring, tile, granite and paint for the last 3 years. But I decided to keep the existing granite so it sent me back to the drawing board. I am choosing a wood look rustic theme for this house. Would love to know your thoughts.

Just got this property with my investor. I plan to do a before and after series of the transformation of it.. This is the first installment. Needs a lot of work, but going to do my best to turn it into a real diamond. Follow me as I take you through the whole remodel process until completion and marketing. This one is a little different as it has some usable items in the house. Mostly, the bathrooms and kitchen granite. So I will not be going with my tried and true granite, paint colors and tile theme that has always worked for me as I need to match up with what it already there. Wish me luck! Going to need it on this one.
