Just Sold

Thank you to my sellers for putting their trust in me to help in this difficult time. My deepest condolences to the entire ohana on your loss. My heart is always grateful to still have you in my life. Love you guys ❤

I recently sold this property for ohana who lost their mother unexpectedly. It’s already difficult to deal with the sudden loss of a family member and then have to deal with the legal issues that can come with their passing and even more difficult when you live in another state.

We worked together with a probate attorney to ensure that all the legal requirements were met and sold the property in a seamless manner through an Independent Administration without having any additional court dates. Congratulations to my client! He decided to sell this property after years of renting it out. He initially wanted to do repairs but due to the amount of work it needed and that he lives out of state, he decided to sell it “as is”.

We managed to get a lot of cash offers and a couple of financed ones, many of which were above the listing price of $270K. After some negotiation, he accepted the highest AND best offer - quick close, waived due diligence, as is purchase and at $40k ABOVE asking price!

As his agent, I didn’t simply list the property and advise my client to take the first high offer that was presented. I discussed the offer terms and the differences in the offers with the seller. This helped him to make the best decision for him! Oh….and I answered the phone when the other agents called so I could actually negotiate a better deal for my client. 😆
