I started home inspection in 2001, where I inspected homes across the valley for nearly 4 years, averaging about 18 home inspections per week, nearly 4000 total. That licensed inspection experience has proven invaluable to my clients and is key to being an awesome Realtor. I have been a full time Realtor since 2005. I have represented buyers and sellers from all walks of life and all price points.

I enjoy working with clients helping them navigate the challenges that are unique to real estate. I work to advance everyone in the transaction, that is equitable for all parties. I believe in the philosophy that one must treat others the way he would like to be treated. I believe in working to find solutions when problems arise and understand that there is no one size fits all to any situation. Communication is paramount in my services to my clients. Real estate is a people business and trust and commitment are the first thoughts that come to my mind when assisting buyers and sellers. I take great pride working with buyers and sellers to ensure all parties are represented with honesty and integrity, and many have become friends.
