Not every home sale is about real estate.

This one was a probate sale after a family lost a loved one. Three decision makers needed to stay on the same page, they had already tried another agent without success, and the estate was continuing to carry the expenses of the home.

They didn’t just need someone to list the property. They needed someone who understood probate, communicated clearly, and could guide them through a difficult process.

This week we closed.

It was bittersweet. The home is sold, the estate is settled, and this family can finally move forward.

Moments like this remind me that my job is about more than negotiating contracts. Sometimes it’s about helping people through one of the hardest chapters of their lives and giving them one less thing to carry.
