As many of you know, we recently lost our founder, Jim Brooks.

If you knew Jim, you knew that while he was incredible at what he did, his heart was always at home. His wife, Sandy, and his kids, Brianna and Tyler, were his absolute world. Everything he built over the last twenty years was for them.

Jim’s motto was "Beyond Real Estate," but that wasn’t just a slogan—it was truly how he lived. He cared about the person, not just the transaction. He was the kind of guy who remembered the small details, checked in when it mattered, and treated everyone like family.

In lieu of flowers, we’ve set up a legacy fund to support Brianna and Tyler’s college education. Jim’s biggest dream was to see his kids thrive, and any support to help fulfill that dream means the world to his family.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Jim Brooks, founder of The Brooks Team.

Jim dedicated decades to serving clients in Las Vegas real estate and built a remarkable legacy rooted in integrity, expertise, and care. He was especially known for his leadership in the condo-hotel and high-rise market, where he and his team sold more than 1,900 units over the past 20 years.

While we grieve this tremendous loss, we are committed to carrying forward the business Jim built so carefully. Sandy Brooks, Jim’s wife, who has long been deeply involved in the company and in serving many of our clients, will continue to lead The Brooks Team alongside our experienced team.

We remain honored to serve our clients and our community in Jim’s memory. Information regarding any celebration of life services will be shared separately.
