Of course I want to help my clients buy a home, but more than that, I want to make sure it’s the right home. 9 years ago I received the honor of being named one of the National Association of Realtors 30 under 30. It was a huge business goal of mine, and I was SO excited to achieve it. What I didn’t realize back then was how much this group of people would change me. Not only from a business standpoint, but a personal one as well.

As I look back on last week’s Mastermind in Montana, my biggest takeaways weren’t about real estate, AI, interest rates, or all the other things that we talk about on a daily basis in the real estate world. My biggest takeaway was making sure that my main focus is on my priorities in life. My family, my kids, my faith. Because we only have one life to live, and I know better than most how fleeting it can be.

Back this week and feeling so grateful for these lifelong friendships that I’ve made over the last 9 years from Realtors all across the country and the life lessons that they’ve taught me.
