I’m so very happy with how this transaction played out. It’s a perfect starter home…I was able to beat other offers and still negotiate over $5,000 towards closing costs which was so helpful to reduce out of pocket costs for my buyer. 🙌🏼

I’m so very happy with how this transaction played out. Seller agreed to lower the price by $19,000 to match the appraised value AND I was able to negotiate and additional $5,000 towards buyers closing costs. I also worked with the county for a square footage discrepancy and was able to get that corrected before closing. 🙌🏼😅

Buying a home for the first time is stressful and scary…I can’t thank the buyers enough for trusting me to guide them along the way. This is such a great home with a very cool layout and fits their needs so so well! We also pushed to close early so they can take advantage of moving in over spring break! 🤗
