Following high school, he relocated to Las Vegas continuing his education at UNLV; graduating with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Nick spent the first part of his career delivering unparalleled VIP experiences with various luxury lifestyle and hospitality brands located inside the Bellagio, Aria, MGM Grand, Cosmopolitan & Caesars Palace. state and partnered on 3 major real estate projects in the midwest; leveraging his business, marketing and hospitality background. These projects included a 417 unit luxury multi-family apartment complex in Aurora-Naperville, Illinois, 115 new construction spec homes in Bettendorf-Quad Cities, Iowa and the renovation of a historic courthouse and hotel into a luxury multifamily apartment on Capitol Street in downtown Jackson, MS. Once stabilizing each project, Nick returned to Las Vegas in 2020 with a passion for real estate and a heart for the Vegas community. In the midst of a pandemic, Nick immediately stepped into a role as Ministry Partner at Central Church in Henderson and lead the Community Engagement for Hope For the City, a non-profit organization, feeding over 1.5 million individuals, across 300,000+ households through 1200+ pop-up food pantries since the start of the pandemic. Nick is passionate about his faith, family and has a heart to serve the community and love Las Vegas through Real Estate.
