🚩🚩SCAM ALERT!! 🚩🚩
I got this screenshot from a woman looking to rent a home in Henderson. (she did give me permission to post it).
The woman who sent her this message is a scammer!
She has what looks like a legitimate page.
She apparently pulls the listings off of Zillow and Realtor.com and put them on her page for rent, which they are NOT! And then she scams people out of a deposit.
Anytime you see a home “ for rent “ or “rent to own”, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS  do some research!!
These scammers are good at what they do! They are good at convincing you that if you don’t send them money quickly that there’s someone else interested in the property!

The home this woman was interested in is listed with a local agent and already under contract.
