Today, all four are under contract. 🎉

Every one of these homes was different. Different sellers, different goals, different situations. But they all had one thing in common: sellers who trusted me to help them navigate the process and put together a plan that worked for them.

If you're lucky, you have people in your life who have been part of your story for as long as you can remember.

Katy is one of those people for me.

We met in kindergarten and spent countless afternoons having tea parties, playing Barbies, and dreaming the kinds of dreams little girls dream. Back then, neither of us could have imagined where life would take us.

Today, Katy and her husband, Hubert Mussat, own Farmer & Frenchman Winery, a place that has become one of Henderson County's most unique destinations. What started as a dream has grown into so much more than a winery. They have created a place that celebrates Kentucky's agricultural heritage, supports local farmers and producers, creates opportunities for people to work where they grew up, and welcomes visitors from all over to experience the beauty of our community.

Sitting down with Katy for this Love Where You Live episode was a full-circle moment for me. As her friend, I couldn't be prouder of all she has accomplished. Watching someone you've known since you were five years old build something this special is pretty incredible.

And honestly, this is exactly why I love where we live.

It's the people. It's the relationships. It's the way a community rallies around local businesses and local dreams. It's getting to watch friends grow up, raise families, build businesses, and make our hometown even better than they found it.

Whew… this review got me a little emotional. ❤️

As REALTORS®, we work hard behind the scenes to make the process feel calm, seamless, and manageable for our clients… so hearing that those efforts were truly felt means everything to me.

But honestly, the part I’m most proud of is this: 16 years later and they still trust me to guide them through some of life’s biggest decisions. That kind of loyalty and relationship is something I never take for granted.
