New home feels…🏠

Did you know that I can help with new home purchase at no extra cost to you? AND that you will not get more from the builder if you walk in unrepresented?

You wouldn’t go to court to fight a $500,000. Lawsuit by yourself would you?

100% of all the new home sales I have represented have shown some type of problem that I was able to catch and get resolved prior to closing. But I do this every day, I have the experience to see beyond the shiny white countertops and nice tile floors.

Though I’m not a contractor, I will guide you and make sure you get the best quality home and any concessions promised.

It doesn’t mean that someone is trying to take advantage of you, but you want someone that only represents you that looks out for you and only you.

Sellers must understand the importance of having the best property in the market. That includes price, curve appeal and ready to move in conditions.

Buyers must understand that a buyers market doesn’t necessarily mean you can lowball your offer if the house is already priced properly.

I recently had the opportunity to speak to High School students in Clark County about my job and how I got to where I am today.

We are supposed to be an inspiration but I got inspired by them.

They’re so smart and focused on what they want. Some of them come from rough backgrounds and the pressure to be successful can be overwhelming. I shared my story and they loved how I wasn’t embarrassed or ashamed of where I came from.

Huge thank you to LatinasInPower and William McCurdy II for the invitation and for creating a safe space for students to open up about their future.

Even on a trip to Texas, I couldn’t resist taking a peek at a growing community!

It’s always interesting to see how different areas are expanding, what builders are creating, and how neighborhoods are taking shape.

I guess the realtor brain never really clocks out.

Sometimes the things that stand out first in a home are also the easiest things to change.

Paint colors, light fixtures and décor can make a house feel dated — but they don’t tell the whole story.

When you’re touring a home, try looking past the cosmetics and pay attention to the things that are harder to change: the location, floor plan, lot, natural light and overall condition.

A little imagination can sometimes help you see the home everyone else scrolled past.

Would you be able to look past a paint color you hated if everything else about the home was right?
