The Nichole LaVigne Group - Las Vegas I began my real estate career in Las Vegas in 2006. Many of my first-time home buyers and investor clients realized great profits during this time.

As many agents were going out of business, I diligently stood by my customers and helped them negotiate a difficult market of bank-owned and short-sale properties. My other customers did what had to be done to survive the economic downturn and are now in a superior financial position because of the difficult decisions made during that time. Today marks a milestone birthday. Which one? A lady never tells. 😏

Here's what I actually feel: grateful. Absurdly grateful. For the people who've stuck around through every version of me. For work I genuinely love. For a life that has been messy and full and better than anything younger-me had the imagination to plan.

This birthday feels less like a finish line and more like getting handed the keys. So the next decade gets a theme: do more, give more, show up more. Less collecting, more contributing. I'd like the people around me to feel it, not just hear about it.

And, I'm celebrating in Nashville with a houseful of my favorite people and a football game, so the "giving more" era officially begins Monday. 🎉

My perfect grandson was born last Friday, Sept 4. He certainly wasnt a typical premie weighing in at over 7lbs and 22 inches.

Despite being a big boy his lungs needed a little more time to adapt to life outside of his mom’s belly. He’s a tenacious little guy spending his first week with his angel Nicu nurses who took amazing care of him at the Children’s Hospital in Colorado Springs. He was discharged today and went home to be with his big sister and brother.

Like his grandma he doesn’t love the high altitude and we both travel with a can of oxygen now. IYKYK

Callahan, Mary and Tony are all healthy and doing well. I can only imagine that leaving the hospital without your baby must be one of the hardest things I could imagine ever doing. And they have handled it with courage and daily determination.

Special shout out to “Gigi” who has been holding down the fort helping mom and dad these last two weeks in the Springs (speaking of guardian angel).

We Kevin Cummings and I can’t wait to meet our little Cheeto.
