Centurion at Inspirada officially broke ground in March. Planned as a 24-acre mixed-use development in Henderson. Already on board as tenants are Sprouts Farmers Market, 80,000+ square feet of retail space, a local tavern, a nail salon, a wellness center and 600 apartment units all in one walkable town center.
Sansone, the developer plans to have the retail phase wrapped up by December 31, 2026, with an estimated price tag of $60 million. This new town center is being built at the corner of Via Centro and Via Inspirada inside the Insirada Master Planned community.
Like other Master Planned communities, the full project sits adjacent to the future Inspirada Station Casino and is quickly becoming one of the most complete live-work-play pockets in the greater Las Vegas/Henderson valley.
