Why I Do It
I create The Parcel People because land investing has its own brand of chaos. Between the endless research, the wild listings, and the mysteries you only discover once you’re standing on the dirt, it helps to have something that brings humor and clarity to the process. These comics let me teach, encourage, and keep things real for anyone walking the same path.

Post Caption: Why I Do These

Every Sunday I drop a new Parcel People comic, not just for laughs but for legacy.

When I was a kid, Sunday mornings meant two things: strong coffee (ok maybe not the coffee) and the Sunday paper spread across the table. The comics were always the first thing I flipped to. Somewhere between the punchlines and the life lessons, those panels taught me to see the humor in the grind.

Now I carry that forward through The Parcel People. It’s my way of blending wisdom, wit, and real-world land lessons. A reminder that every parcel has a story, and every deal has a lesson.

So if you’ve ever found yourself locked out of your own "dream parcel," you’re in good company.
