We’re keeping a close eye on the recent progress from the Buncombe County Commissioners, who have advanced $70M in bond proposals designed to protect and grow our region. This significant investment focuses on two pillars that define our home:

🏠 $40M for Affordable Housing – Ensuring that our neighbors and workforce have access to quality, attainable housing.
🌳 $30M for Open Space Conservation – Preserving the breathtaking mountain vistas and green spaces that make Western North Carolina a world-class destination.
