My grandfather had a small garden when I was a kid. And the image I remember most vividly was him carrying his small loaf of Bunny white bread, a mini jar of Duke's mayo, and his pocket knife. Headed to the garden to make his tomato sandwich for lunch. So not only did my lovely wife grow these beautiful pink lady's, she also included a sweet memory.
