August here in WNC has been quite rainy but it has brought along with it some relief from the sweltering temps which has been very nice. So if you are considering for a fall trip to check out the harvest season or shop for some homes. One place you should check out that I recommend is Appalachian Ridge Cider, they have a great selection ranging from dry to sweeter finishes. It is out in the country and in a refurbished barn which is also really nice. Also, just a short distance down the road is Saint Paul Mountain Vineyard if you want to sip on some wine as well.
Oh and of course a picture of Rolo out in the apple orchard!

Here is to August! If you are house hunting near it’s a great time to be in the area because it is harvest season for many local farmers. A great time to plan a trip to buy or even take advantage of the opportunity for more visitors to the area to sell. I will be putting together a list of some great local places to visit soon to share, for all those planning a trip soon!

In the market in Western North Carolina to buy or sell, you are in luck! I am currently with Keller Williams Mountain Partners in Hendersonville, NC just 30 minutes south of Asheville. It is a perfect time to look, lots of options on the market that may work for you and harvest season is just starting too so you could make a fun trip out of it and stop at some local road side stands and grab some apples, peaches or fresh donuts!

So, one might ask what is a life coach, what does it even mean to be a certified coach, what do you do and what can you help me with??! It is a good question and I can speak from personal experience that a coach helps you to see your thoughts and to hear your own thoughts, without shame or blame or fear, but holds space for you to talk through different things your dealing with or goals you have. A coach provides a safe and freeing space for you to talk through so many things and work through them, it provides something you may not get from any other relationship or contact in your life. A coach helps you to see yourself in a kinder way and non judging way, to help you process through your thoughts and emotions. These are just a few things, a coach helps you have breakthroughs and transformation and to meet goals at a much quicker pace then you would be able to do alone. Sometimes it’s just someone to talk to when you have no one else to share personal thoughts with in your life.. either way, You are the person who has the answers and a coach doesn’t make decisions for you, but helps you see yourself and your own desires and dreams for what they truly are.
