Congrats to the Corleys! 🏠 When they called me to let me know they were growing their family and wanted to move back to Hendersonville, I knew it was go time! We came up with a game plan to put their home on the market, and while their home was active, we would be searching for “the one”. We wanted to be ready to fire off an offer as soon as their home went under contract, to make it as seamless as possible. After viewing a few homes, we found the perfect one for them! As we’re finishing up our tour, I got a call that a cash offer was coming our way on their home (pinch me, this is a Realtors DREAM 🤩) — we were able to go under contract on both properties the same day. The transaction was seamless, thanks to our amazing partners at and the incredible as the listing agent!

What a fun journey this one was! I met Kaitlyn about two years ago when she was helping me plan my destination wedding to Mexico ☀️🌴 Once her and her husband were ready to buy their first home, we got to work! They were very intentional on what they wanted and we found the perfect new construction build with ! They gave them the peace of mind to build a beautiful home with custom features of their own. I’m so excited for them to grow their family in this home! 💙🏠
