We’re still in a seller’s market, but with 5.26 months of inventory, we’re moving closer to a balanced market—and I think that makes this an exciting time to watch.

With 220 active listings, 124 homes sold, and a median sold price of $477K, there’s movement, there’s choice, and there’s opportunity.

The market may be shifting, but that doesn’t mean it’s slowing down. Right now, it feels like anyone’s game—and I’m excited to see what this next season brings for Henderson County. 🏡✨

🏡 Things I’ve learned since becoming a homeowner:

• Your property taxes can change from year to year.
• Changing your air filter regularly really does make a difference.
• Know where your main water shut-off valve is before you need it. 😅
• Keeping a little “home fund” makes maintenance much easier.
• Take pictures when you first move in and as you make improvements. You’ll love looking back and seeing how much your home has changed over the years. Plus, you’ll have a record of the improvements you’ve made that you can use to your advantage when it’s time to sell. 📸🏡
