🍂 I know, I know — it's still 95 degrees and nobody's buying the "fall vibes" thing here in Tennessee. 😅 But as your realtor (and someone who's seen what happens when homeowners wait too long), let me be the friendly nudge: fall prep season starts NOW, whether the leaves are cooperating or not.

Here's your head-start checklist while the weather's still easy to work in:

✅ Get your HVAC serviced before the first cold snap has everyone booked out for weeks
✅ Clean those gutters before the leaves actually decide to fall
✅ Check your roof + seal any gaps before winter moisture becomes a problem
✅ Test smoke/CO detectors
✅ Flip your ceiling fans counterclockwise for cozy season
✅ Drain outdoor hoses + insulate exposed pipes before that first freeze sneaks up on us
