This doesn’t scare me. I’ve had clients that have taken 3 years sometimes and it’s not because of credit score. They just know what they want. At least they are loyal to me when they do purchase.

I first posted this back earlier in the year. This is a reminder since we are coming up to election time.

Vote YES on Amendment 2 to eliminate STATE property tax permanently. We already have local (county and city, if applicable) and we don’t need an additional state property tax to rear its ugly head. The government doesn’t have a collection problem, they have a SPENDING problem.

We will have the opportunity to vote in the November election to permanently eliminate double taxation on state property taxes. VOTE “YES” on Amendment 2!

Contact me for more information. Additional taxation is never good and we have to say yes to permanently bar this taxation from reviving a state tax come November.
