Rivergate Mall Update: Here's a site plan of the proposed development at the Rivergate Mall property. The Goodlettsville Board of Commissioners will meet in a special called meeting (open to the public, as always) on Thursday May 29, 2025 at 7pm at Goodlettsville City Hall to consider an Economic Impact Plan and Project Agreement (for tax increment financing funding).
