A little bit about what we do...
We are a real estate investment company. We buy houses that are distressed in some way, wether it be financially or in disrepair or some combination of the two. Houses that are in this category pose a problem for the owner in different ways. Houses that have not had Maintence and/or are needing repairs can be very costly to fix, and some, in bad enough shape, will not qualify for conventional lending. This prevents the owner from selling with a realtor without paying upfront for the repairs. People that are financially struggling may need to sell quickly to avoid foreclosure. That’s where we come in with a solution. We can buy the house without any repairs because we don’t go through fha loans or conventional lending. We buy the house as is at a discount for us and helps the owner get out from under the house without added expense of repairs or going through foreclosure. We even cover all the closing costs. We then have our team come in and make all the needed repairs and updates and sell the property at market value. Thereby raising the values of the neighborhood homes around it and providing a great house for someone to call home. This scenario doesn’t work for everyone, every time. In the cases where selling to us is not an option we refer people to Halo Realty to place their house on the market. We really just want to help people solve problems.
