I've known Ben for years. After he graduated high school, he headed off to college like so many do. But when he came home that first summer, he called me and asked if he could shadow me. So for a few summers, Ben rode along to showings, inspections, blue tape walkthroughs, and everything in between. Somewhere along the way, he knew this was what he wanted to do.

Fast forward to today. Ben has put in the work, studying, testing, and getting licensed, all while working his current job. That kind of perseverance doesn't happen by accident, and I couldn't be prouder of him.
