Introduction to Negotiation Certificate
Social Media Advertising Certificate My job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions for MY client, not to worry about the other parties’ preferences or feelings. But I find that real estate transactions are far more satisfyi
ng to both parties when closing is a pleasant experience for everyone. I value each of my clients and am passionate about their needs and goals. Whether buying or selling, the process can be challenging and
complicated. I focus on taking the pressure off the client, so they can make clear decisions throughout the process. I recognize the trust my clients place in me and work to do what is in the best interest of my clients in all situations. My path has been a winding one leading through seven states and several careers. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from LeTourneau University in Texas and spent the first part of my career as a high school math teacher. Then, when
my son was diagnosed with autism, as well as being legally blind and deaf, I became a stay at home mom, caretaker, and homeschool teacher. These experiences ingrained in me the belief that every person has value and deserves to have an opportunity to reach their potential. They also provided me with valuable skills that I use daily to educate home buyers and sellers, negotiate transactions, and solve problems. I live in the Gallatin/Hendersonville area with the love of my life, my husband Jon, who is the Head of School at the Edison School, as well as my amazing son Caleb, and my “perfect” dog Mozzy. We have called the Nashville area home since 2009 and enjoy theseasons , culture, and amazing restaurants in the area. I have a heart for the special needs community, am devoted to strengthening my relationship with God, and am active in my church. I look forward to helping make your next real estate transaction a pleasant and painless experience, and hopefully even a little fun!
