Moving to Nashville in 2003, Ashley planted her roots in the friendly and southern area. Born in Northern California, and moving from various cities like Washington, D.C, and Robins, Georgia, Ashley has built relationships with diverse groups of people across the United States, allowing her to be adaptable and accommodating. Being part of a military family provided opportunities to live in many different places and each move created the challenge of transforming a new dwelling into a true home, as well as establishing a foundation she would use in her future real estate career to understand and assist her military family clientele.

Ashley originally moved to Music City, as she was pursued by a well-known music producer due to her strong music talent and vocals. Ashley took the opportunity, and although she was a shining star, she knew that interior design and real estate were her passion. Ashley stays true to herself and her passions, so she left the music industry to follow her heart and build the life she envisioned.

Ashley has a true passion for interior design, as she has a creative eye for home decor. This passion began at a young age, in middle school while living in Washington, D.C. Drawing on this passion, it’s led Ashley into her real estate career, beginning in new home sales for two years, and then completely moving over to residential real estate. With the collaboration of interior design and real estate, it has allowed Ashley to stage her listings and get them sold quickly.

Ashley is a visionary. Ashley’s strong work ethic, experience and business acumen in residential sales and interior design makes her a highly skilled real estate professional. Her natural sincerity and warmth, ability to listen, and find solutions to any issues, allows her to connect with her clients and enables her to achieve their goal of either selling or acquiring their home. It is her Mom she contributes a lot of this to, as her Mom was an independent, very career-driven woman who shaped Ashley to stand firmly on her own two feet.

Ashley is familiar with Nashville and its surrounding areas. From Midtown, 12 South, The Gulch, Belmont-Hillsboro, East Nashville, Sylvan Park, and Downtown to Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet and more – there is a community to fit anyone's personality, interests, and pace. Pairing her buyers and sellers in these communities is part of what makes Ashley an exceptional Realtor - she takes the time to understand her client’s needs and wants while matching them with the right real estate property or investment. Whether a first-time home buyer, sellers ready to downsize, or an investor - Ashley has worked the entire spectrum, in all areas of Middle Tennessee and enjoys it all.

Ashley has successfully negotiated and closed many sales, all while making sure her clients got the very best price with her impressive negotiation skills. In addition, Ashley is honored to be a Miracle Agent where she is part of helping kids in her community by partnering and donating to her local Children's Miracle Network Hospital.

Ashley lives in picturesque Hendersonville, Tennessee “The City By The Lake”, with her husband, three boys and two dogs. She believes in a work life balance, so she can spend time with her family such as watching her boys play basketball or enjoy an evening out with her husband. Ashley and her family find joy in traveling, as it’s a great way for her and her family to connect with one another, all while discovering somewhere new together creating cherished memories.
