We spent part of today digging into how to better interpret the numbers behind the housing market and turn that data into useful conversations for the people we serve.

One of our biggest takeaways: a shifting market doesn’t mean every buyer, seller, price point or neighborhood is experiencing the same thing. As we always say, “you can’t stop at the headlines alone.”
