December highlight 🤍

Every single one of our agents either closed a transaction or signed their first Buyer Representation Agreement in the month of December!

What they all have in common is simple but not easy: they show up.
They engage in class, ask questions, put in the work, and stay committed to serving their clients well. The results followed, all in the same month.

This time last year, we were just getting started. In 2025, we welcomed six new agents, and getting to walk alongside them as they grow has been one of the most meaningful parts of building this brokerage.

We’re not focused on growing fast. We’re focused on growing well, together.

So proud of this group and excited for what’s ahead. 🥳

A little late, but worth sharing 🤍

We hosted our first Christmas party a couple weeks ago and loved getting everyone together. We missed those who couldn’t make it because of illness or travel, but you were definitely felt.
Good food, games, and lots of laughter.

Grateful for this crew and excited for what 2026 will bring.
