She has many years of experience working with clients to help them negotiate deals, resolve issues and create strong relationships with the people she works with. She has earned a reputation for being honest, easy to work with and has become a mentor and advocate for many she works with. Michele began her real estate career in order to pursue her personal investing career. She bought her first investment property at an auction and was able to remodel and sell it. She was inspired by her own experience, as well as the happiness of the buyers when purchasing her house, to begin expanding her real estate career. She has personal experience in long term rentals, short term rentals, new construction, and residential sales. She loves to meet new people and help others achieve their goals. She has increased her knowledge in investing and renting so that she can help people find ways to invest their money and gain financial independence.
