Meredith Lee Freeman believes there is more to real estate than selling houses - it is also caring about people and helping people solve problems. In 2017, Meredith earned her Broker license and served for several years as the Principal Broker of her office where she trained and assisted other agents with contracts and compliance. Meredith graduated from The University of Memphis in 2002 with a major in Architecture and Architectural Technology, receiving the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (BSET) degrees. She went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Tennessee State University in 2008. Meredith’s appreciation of design, as well as her solid business training serves as an asset to all parties involved during the homebuying or selling process. The Nashville-area neighborhoods that don't get much buzz, but probably should. 👀

Some of my favorite areas to send clients to are the ones nobody's really talking about — Old Hickory, Priest Lake Park, Whites Creek, Madison, and Rucker Landing in Murfreesboro all have their own thing going on, without the crowd.

Speaking of Rucker Landing, I actually have a listing there right now — an all-brick, single-level home on an oversized corner lot, backing up to a 36-acre greenspace with its own walking paths.
