Don't let the thought of a 20% down payment spook you out of homeownership! 👻

There are many options out there for first-time homebuyers, one of which is the FHA loan. If you don't have a large down payment or your credit history has hit a few bumps, this might be a good one to look into. FHA loans have LOW down payment requirements and those with lower credit scores may qualify.

To qualify for the minimum 3.5% FHA down payment option, you’ll need a credit score of 580 or higher. If your score falls between 500-579, you may only need a 10% down payment. With options like these, homeownership might be closer than you think! 🔑
