The monthly snapshot of the Middle TN housing market was just release! According to Greater Nashville Realtors, inventory for the month of August was down 5,246 from this same time last year. The low availability continues to pose as a challenge for home buyers. There are still 5,246 active listings for buyers to choose from.

The median price for a residential single-family home was $415,000 and for a condominium, it was $290,400. This compares with last year’s median residential and condominium prices of $346,172 and $242,500 respectively.

The average number of days on the market for a single-family home was 23 days.
