This one is extra special! 💙 My sweet buyers are moving here from out of state not just for a new job, but to be closer to family. And honestly, that’s one of my favorite reasons to help someone find a home.

Lauren & Keegan are officially homeowners and I couldn’t be happier for them (and their pups 🐾) as they settle into their very first home!

📉 Experts just dropped their 2025 mortgage rate forecast… and it could shake things up here in Sumner County.

According to Fannie Mae, the 30-year fixed rate is projected to dip to around 6.5% by the end of 2025 — and slide even lower into 2026.

So what does that mean for buyers and sellers in Gallatin, Hendersonville, and beyond?

✔️ More affordability = more competition when rates drop.
✔️ The buyers who plan ahead now will be the ones making the winning offers later.
