This was my very 1st Real Estate transaction in 2015. I felt Horrible because this client fired her previous Agent because she felt I was more professional and could get her home sold. I didn't want to take her as a client, she would ask me questions and I would tell her that she had a wonderful agent and I'm sure that agent is doing an Amazing job positioning her home in the best way possible. I would always try to change the subject when she started asking me real estate questions. She ended up firing her previous agent without telling me she was going to do so and she put me in a position where I didn't have much choice but to take her as my client. Within a week I had her house under contract, which made me feel good because previously it sat on the market for quite awhile. At closing I got her and myself Matching Wonder women shirts and asked her to sign mine. She was such a gem to get to know! Unfortunately she moved out of state and I lost contact with her, but I still keep the shirt she signed and I still think of her often.. Blessed to have crossed paths with this angel.. Jutta 😇🥰
