Maintenance Technician needed for a West End apartment community.
Full time position working 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday
On call emergency maintenance on a rotating schedule

Will be accountable for grounds work, finishing preventative maintenance, satisfying service requests, and inspecting/completion of vacant unit turns.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Take care of our residents needs and provide them with comfortable and well-maintained apartments
-Apartment make-ready duties for apartment turns
-Maintaining cleanliness of buildings and common areas
-On-call rotation - partakes in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies as needed
-Snow removal during winter season (if applicable)
-Trash pick up and curb appeal maintenace
-Be able to push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
-Must be able to climb ladders and use step ladders independently
Skills and Requirements:
-Valid drivers license and reliable -transportation
-Must have essential tools
-Flexibility in schedule to perform on-call rotation
EPA and HVAC certification a plus but not a requirement - will certify right candidate.
Facilities maintenance (residential) experience or knowledgeable in some or all trades (construction, commercial or residential maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting/drywall) is preferably but not required - *We are willing to invest in your training to get you up to speed in certain areas of your position.
