Chris serves the Central Virginia and Greater Richmond area, beginning his real estate journey in 2022.
Originally from Nebraska, Chris brings Midwestern values of hard work and integrity to his business. He's also a proud father of three adult sons and understands the importance of finding a home that fits each stage of life.
His background in education has strengthened his skills in problem solving, multitasking, attention to detail, planning, negotiating, and patience - qualities that directly benefit his clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Chris believes that using current market data, setting realistic expectations, and applying time-tested strategies are essential to successful real estate transactions. A retired Army colonel once told him he appreciates the way he does business because he focuses on serving people, not just chasing commissions - an approach Chris takes great pride in.
When he's not seeking new real estate opportunities or teaching full-time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, their two dogs, and friends from church. Working in the yard and spending time outdoors are where Chris finds his sense of tranquility!
