With 14+ years in real estate, Erin has spent her career on the side of the business most people never see - building the systems, processes, and efficiencies that make a great client experience possible. She got her start in commercial real estate before spending over a decade in operations leadership roles at other local firms, along with time as a solo agent and operational consultant. Now as Director of Operations for Grace Homes, Erin brings all of that experience together, while still staying hands-on with clients as a REALTOR®.
Erin joined Providence Hill because it felt like the right fit from the start: a hyperlocal focus, a genuine commitment to giving back to the community, and a team of upstanding, ethical professionals who also know how to have fun. Whether she's refining processes behind the scenes or working directly with a client, her goal is the same - a smooth, well supported experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Erin has been married to her husband Robbie since 2007 (the two actually met at Tucker High School in the 20th century!). They have a high schooler of their own now who plays soccer constantly; Erin is the team manager for his travel team, and he also plays for the Freeman High School team. When she's not on the sidelines, you'll usually find Erin reading, writing, playing music, painting, working with clay, or out on a hike.
