Quick story before we knock this appointment out…. Been working with this family for a couple months now, we’ve purchased now (2 of their 4 houses). This is the 3rd, the beauty of this is that it shows how much they trust us to execute. Got in this business not because of the money, but because i enjoy having the freedom to just be myself, in return the universe shows out! Will drop a video/ podcast and talk more on these deals in particular. A lot happened behind the scenes on these deals, an emotional roller coaster for sure. Always remember though, people do business with people they trust!…

This lead was pretty much a dead lead, but with some digging and consistency, and more importantly finding a way to solve a problem, we were able to lock this up. 5 months later, and now it’s producing decent cash flow.
