Whew, this past week was super busy!

There was a bidding war on one of our listings, another listing went under contract within days, a third listing went under contract and closed in less than 21 day, and finally our first time buyer client secured a beautiful new construction townhome! This all happened between meetings, networking events, listing appointments, buyer consultations, property showings, and even a visit to the ER with one of our heartbeats for 15 stitches and a concussion.
