Here is a real life breakdown of a renovation we recently managed for one of our clients. ***the additions to the scope were removed from the original estimate per client request and a revised estimate was sent. They later decided it was better to add them back on at the end of the project. In this example, our budget accuracy prior to these additions was 101.04%!
