Just finished another bathroom renovation.

BEFOE & AFTER

I saw this large porxelain tiles series and fell in love with it. I approached the project with minimalist design intent, natural to es so clients will automatically feel relaxed in the space. Since the large tiles has these bands in its design, I decided not to use the same tile for the niche for a continuous minimalist look and feel. I really liked the clean look of the toilet. We just need to install the 3” baffled recessed light above with 25°lens, 3000k for task lighting. Love the LED light above the niche.

I added a 3” recessed lights, baffled on a dimmer and LED strip under the niche. Both on dimmer. I used 3000k color temperature for task lighting - it looks really nice especially nighttime.

Stunning porcelain tiles 24x48” to wrap an entire wall of the primary bathroom. These are just super stunning! Depending on the time of day, these tiles reflect light differently, and it what makes it so unique and interesting! Doing the dry layout before we commit to final arrangements. Found these tiles in So. San Francisco!

Fireplace clad with Porcelain slabs. I decided to make this wall an accent wall. Thanks to Monika of Benjamin Moore for helping narrow down accent color for this wall. This is paint color RODEO. It looks great once the entire wall was painted!

New Pendant Lights over kitchen island.
Using these lightbulbs with minimalist light fixture casing was a big improvement
Over regular lightbulbs.
