Hey! I have some fun news! I bought a house in Hermann MO one house down from Stone Hill Winery! And its now available to rent ONLY to friends and family!

The details:
It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that sleeps 8 MAX. It is adorable and meticulously clean. And best of all? It is literally one house down from the biggest and best winery in town, Stone Hill. You can walk down, catch the trolley and you are set!

The top level has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath and a loft bedroom that has two twin beds and a pull out futon. The main level has another full bedroom with a queen bed, a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and another full bath. The dining room walks out onto a massive deck with a new gas grill that overlooks a gorgeous acre of land with a brand new fire pit area! It's super private and the view is amazing. The downstairs is another living space- with TV and electronic dart board that walks out to the backyard. There is also a laundry room for your use.
