With diving into home inspections I decided to go and become an IAC2 Certified mold inspector! With that being said along with Home Inspection tips and information we will be posting the need to knows of mold growth prevention and the steps needed to learn if you have an issue with mold.

Now that introductions are out of the way and we’ve gained a few more page likes, I would like to get a better idea of what everyone’s thoughts and knowledge is of home inspections and other associated services. I’ll be doing weekly posts on what a home inspection consists of and why it’s a priority for getting one done before closing on a home. I figured it’s about time to introduce the A of A&P.

Tyler is the owner and Lead Inspector for A&P Home Inspection Services. Tyler has a background in sales and customer service, with a little bit of carpentry mixed in. After working in the carpentry field for a short period Tyler realized he was better at spotting defects than he was at fixing them and that’s what led to the creation of A&P. After serving 14 years in the Army the allure of creating something of his own led Tyler to become a certified Home Inspector. Tyler’s amazing wife Lauryn supports his crazy dream of starting a business while mobilized with the Army and a house back home. A&P looks forward to servicing all your home inspection needs!

Hey everyone!

I’d like to introduce the P of A&P.

Lucas is currently employed as a full time concrete, paving, and plant inspector with one of the states largest paving companies. He is certified through NETTCP and ACI. Lucas will be coming on as the tax and business professional for A&P. With a bachelors in Business Administration, a concentration in finance and several years of tax preparation Lucas will be a huge asset for the business. He has an amazing little family of two beautiful children and his wife Sheena. Lucas has been a long time family friend and looks forward to expanding his horizons with the business!
