FOUND CAT - BREWER, ME - Found in Knights Court. Currently at Bangor Humane Society. Adult domestic short hair brown tabby neutered male cat. He does not have a collar. He is microchipped and attempts to contact the owner are being made. Proof of ownership is required at the time of reclaim, which means Veterinary Records. (e.g. rabies, distemper, others…} and not just photos. PLEASE CALL BHS at 207-942-8902 with any claims or questions.

We’re currently setting up a short term rental within WALKING DISTANCE to Momo’s Cheesecakes! That means you can walk to a 24/7 Cheesecake Shop any hour of the day or night if you stay here!

We know some people will ask this question - so we’re going to answer it now before anyone does.
- Why short term when long terms are needed in our area?
We do have 3 long term tenants in this same building, with one being our 80 year old mother.
In order to keep rent affordable for the long term units, we’ve decided (after much thought) to utilize the 4th unit as a STR for this year. This is so that we will not need to raise the rent on the other (2) long term paying tenants.

We do have a few more finishing touches to do. So the listing and additional photos will be updated next week!

Side Note:
Besides working for Momo and Andres, I do also manage a few properties. I will also attach my website with the other properties in the comments. Just in case Momo’s Sweet Retreat is too small for your group.

This year for Easter, we’ve decided not to take pre-orders for trays. Instead, you’re welcome to stop by the shop, choose your favorite cookies, and we’ll arrange them into a platter for you while you’re here

We’ll also have Easter baskets available! Each basket includes:
• One individually packed cookie
• Hershey’s Kisses
• One cookie chip (redeemable on your next visit)
